About the role: 

Key deliverables of the role include:

  • Project management of key locational and strategic initiatives for SR GBS India
  • Creating high impact professional, business case, reports etc. for senior leadership
  • Steer locational initiatives spanning across growth and stakeholder management.
  • Contributing to and support the initiatives that address strategy for SR GBS India.
  • Develop multi-level relationships to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
  • Good communication skills, ability to interact with stakeholders of different levels
  • Managing engagements with external consultants
  • Planning and executing multiple projects concurrently across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Structuring analysis of technology, market and industry trends that will impact our business

   

About the team:

  • As the core team of the SR India's Strategic Development team, actively support the SR GBS India's strategic initiatives team by steering, coordinating and/or project managing initiatives and strategic themes for Swiss Re GBS India
  • Design and produce professional, business case, reports etc. for senior leadership
  • Contribute towards locational strategy by steering initiatives around growth, innovation and stakeholder management.  .
  • Develop relations, globally and locally, towards identifying opportunities and themes that match the GBS India's aspirations and implement them.

Support & manage locational Metrics reporting & analysis for GBS India

   

About you:

  • Overall 5 - 8 years of work experience, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Project Management, Banking or other financial services in an consulting  environment would be preferred
  • Program management skills proven on complex or large scale projects with key stakeholders
  • Exposure to multi-cultural work environment
  • Strong data management & metrics reporting skills
