We are looking for a candidate who can validate catalog content and transfer it to Ariba from a legacy system. They will also be responsible for activating, testing, and publishing the catalog content in Ariba. Additionally, the candidate will support the client in enabling contracts and providing content assistance. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in Excel and should be able to effectively handle client queries and prioritize tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential for working well with the team and client stakeholders. The candidate should also possess good problem-solving and communication skills. This is a rotational shift position and requires a self-disciplined individual with curiosity and planning abilities. Candidates with a graduate degree and up to 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Validating the catalog content and transferring it to Ariba from legacy system.
  • Activating, Testing and publishing the result of the catalog transferred to Ariba.
  • Support Client on enabling contracts and content.
  • Hands on experience working in Ariba.
  • Must have strong knowledge in Excel.
  • Support queries from Client /stakeholder, internal IBM.
  • Able to manage priorities, deadlines and tasks in order to meet deadlines and accomplish goals; Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.
  • Positive Attitude, Planning, Curiosity, Self-discipline, Ability to work in Rotational Shift.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
