Job description 

Main responsibilities:

• Maintenance and support of existing solutions according to agreed SLA.
• Working on enhancements and taking part in new implementations (in house and together with external vendors).
• Estimating solutions.
• Representing the team in front of business and stakeholders.
• Communication with external parties.
• Organizing trainings and demo sessions.
• Testing solutions.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related.
• Experience in support and maintenance of business applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Power Automate.
• Be familiar with Dynamics 365 ecosystem including Dataverse, PowerApps.
• Basic use of DevOps, Visual Studio tools.
• Understanding of C#, JScript, HTML.
• Experience in application management.
• Analytical thinking.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of MS SQL, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure basics.
• Understanding of cloud solutions.
