About the role - you will:

 

  • Lead a team (functional and developers) in SD areas through all phases of SAP implementation to achieve project milestones.
    • Plan and track implementation milestones; manage project's progress.
    • Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
  • Lead/support UAT, SIT, Cut-over and post go-live hyper-care support.
  • Lead/support design workshops, custom development and planning/strategize deployments and rollout.
  • Lead change management, role designs that will meet Sox/audit requirements.
  • Work with cross functional team across the globe (different time zone) to develop and implement robust, scalable solutions to support a high volume vertically integrated manufacturing environment.
  • Identify, recommend and implement new processes, technologies and systems to improve and streamline current operational process.
  • Work with business team to get buy-in and acceptance to IT recommended solutions; articulate and present different points-of-views on various solutions and technologies.
  • Lead/support and work with different teams in system performance tuning effort.

 

About you:

 

  • Good in people management.
  • Implementation of all new product launches, including management systems, change management and lineside delivery.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to develop and implement robust logistics operating processes.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management. 

 

Your experience includes:

 

  • SAP SD/Order to Cash experiences.
  • Have led minimum 3 or more life cycle implementations of SAP S/4 in the Sales and Distribution.
  • Expertise in the following areas: SAP Configuration, Custom (RICEFW) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training and hyper-care support experience.
  • Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing), Experience in setting up SD pricing design and integration and Knowledge of SD-MM integration (MM fields impacting SD).
  • Solid knowledge of EDI Interface development strongly desired.
  • Solid knowledge in GTS implementations and adapt SAP to support global regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills.
