  • Build and test complex AI/ML solutions, bots for automation & provide business insights
  • Create automated solutions for recurring tasks like data compare, golden record identification
  • Create efficient SQL queries and run Data Scrubs/updates
  • Automated Verification of data correctness accounts/contacts/leads/tasks)
  • Enrichment of existing records, remove duplicates
  • Preparing knowledgebase articles related to Data architecture & Salesforce products
  • Follow-ups with L2/downstream teams on Data fixes, scrubs etc.
  • Coordinating with DEV team for issues with data and with Salesforce application
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team
  • Backup for the OPS team (Account/Contact and other updates)
Qualifications :
  • Relevant experience of 5+ Years working in SQL, Python, AI/ML/ChatGPT (or related programming language)
  • Mandatorily should know Python, API connectivity and AI/ML/Data science work experience
  • Mandatorily have reporting experience in Tableau/Power BI/ or other reporting ways
  • Good to have 2+ years’ experience in Snowflake Cloud tool and Alteryx tool
  • Good to have understanding and experience in creating Complex SQL queries/PL-SQL
  • Good to have working experience of approx. 2+ years in Salesforce and data management/quality
  • Good to have working experience of SQL Server, MS Access, JIRA, Salesforce SOQL
  • Excellent in Data Warehousing concepts, Data modeling, Data Governance and General Data Integrity Rules
  • Excellent in MS office (Visio, Word, Excel, PPT) and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and excellent time management
  • Open for rotational shifts, supporting US customers
