GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an expert in Manufacturing Project Management for Electric drivetrain. You will be tasked with the management of the project implementation, stakeholder management, documentation, risks and quality. You will keep track of changes, impact assessment, communication, measures and maintain all relevant documentation on a timely basis. You will also proactively plan for required meetings along with the agenda for quick turnaround and required implementations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Change Management:

·       Responsible for supporting activities related to production project management aligned to internal standards.

·       Extend support planning, developing, delivering, and tracking project management deliverables that will enable impacted users across different teams to successfully transition from their current state to a future state.

·       Create or significantly contribute to change enablement strategies and plans,

·       Ensuring that stakeholders are aware of new solutions, updates, changes related to project across impacted teams.

·       Work on project change impact assessment, organizational readiness analysis and change reinforcement.

·       Integrate project activities into project plans , create schedules , define WBS elements and ensure that information is communicated  throughout the duration of the project.

·       Preparation, implementation and follow-up on project schedule updation & related workshops & meetings.

·       Build executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to Production project management functions

Coordination:

·       Coordinate with Internal & External stakeholders for open topics and meetings.

·       Timely tracking & follow up of measures / open topics / agendas / tasks / approvals in Internal Daimler Systems

·       Highlighting open measures in appropriate forums for implementation / escalation.

·       Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end production project management strategy.

·       Evaluate risks & ensure quality on a timely basis.

General:

·       Maintain & track relevant project documents in Internal MB standards

·       On-site support during critical phases of project

·       Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• B.Tech/B.E degree in Electrical / Mechanical
• PMP / equivalent will be a plus point
• Strong experience in Project/ Change Management for Battery projects

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• 4-8 years’ deep experience in Automotive / related industry
• Experience working on manufacturing project environment will be a plus point
• Manufacturing Domain knowledge is also welcomed.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint is a must
• Knowledge on usage of project management IT tools is a plus point
