Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact to all customers in the regions for spares and Tools supply
Responsible for E2E order handling activities
Sales order & Purchase order creation with data accuracy. Stock allocation, Buying Co-ordination & Provide ETA to customers
Alert stakeholders with proper RCA for any changes in committed delivery dates
Handle country specific task (A01) & (B01) - Delivery and shipping request
Identify High Risk Material and take mitigation action
Warehouse & Logistics follow-up and Provide Tracking reference to customers
Responsible for stock rebalancing
Create Delivery Performance Dashboard for Monthly meeting
Qualifications
Engineering Graduate with 5-7 years of experience from a global international supply chain function within production, Material planning and or spare parts /service environment
Hands-on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting
Supply chain certifications (e.g.: APICS-CPIM, CSCP) preferred but not mandatory
Competencies
Good knowledge in SAP (MM & SD module specifically), MS Excel, Power BI Dashboards
Knowledge in Sales force is must
Solid experience in inventory planning in a global distribution network
Ability to understand the Master data parameters and its implications on the planning side
Innovative approach towards problem solving (8D, Fishbone etc.)
Basic statistics knowledge and process automations
Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water
