Responsibilities
Value engineering of After sales projects using your siting skills
Optimize projects through the innovative design of Wind Power Plants and best-in-class wind resource assessments to drive down LCOE
Setting the standards for advanced wind data analysis
Manage technical risk by undertaking and interpreting wind turbine load analysis
Completion of Internal and External Reporting
Provide technical information and advice solutions to internal customers regarding technical issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments in wind turbine design, installation, operation, and maintenance
Enhance team competencies by being a buddy for other wind and site engineers
Review reports delivered by the team and participate in stakeholder meetings
Work with various stakeholders in Service Sales, VPS, Service Solutions, etc. to solve the technical challenges
Qualifications
Master's / Bachelor's in Renewable / Energy Conversion system / Mechanical / Electrical / similar specialization
Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in Wind Resource Assessment
Have an interest in wind, terrain, aerodynamics, and dynamically loaded constructions
Work is structured and systematic and has consistent attention to detail, which enables you to meet deadlines
Be an innovative career creative individual who can work autonomously and yet appreciates the value of working in teams
Competencies
Good working experience in Wind Resource Assessment software like WindPRO, WAsP, WAsP Engineering, or equivalents
Good communication and presentation skills
Programming skills in R & Python will be an added advantage
Advanced MS Excel skills
You will be working with both internal and external colleagues/partners in a global multi-cultural environment
