This is a Project lead role for Construction Technology Support team to support applications like Vision link productivity.
§ Holistic Project Management: Oversee the Holistic delivery of Support Ecosystem (Support/ Monitoring, Technology Enabler, Integration etc) to meet client or user needs; Planning/Define/Review performance metrics.
§ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving support processes and implement best practices.
§ Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices in support activities, leading Retrospectives, root cause analysis, Audit, mock drills & war games.
§ Business Development: Create New Project Proposals for Growth initiatives
§ Dealer Engagement: Engage with Dealers to establish Support-Site connect & maintain Feedback loops.
§ Competition: Benchmark our operations against Competition & provide improvement plans
§ Value Stream Transformation: Collaborate across E2E teams (CSS, CD & ICS) to improve Customer experience & Support Quality across E2E teams in the Value chain.
§ Support Ecosystem: Adopting Support Ecosystem within Constructions Domain
