As Business Finance Manager, you will tell us how and where to spend our money. 

Plus, you will also manage business development activities according to a financial plan. You will modify financial plans and budget amounts based on the changes in business plans. You will also provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals

What you will do
  • Work closely with specific business units and actively participate in their operations
  • Provide various business units insights from the finance side
  • Jointly own the OKRs of the respective business units and build an AOP to achieve them 
  • Develop financial plans along with various business and technology teams with a ‘bottom-up’ approach 
  • Review the plans vs. actuals on a regular basis
  • Do an in-depth analysis of variance and communicate the same to create visibility and enable planning of actionable 
  • Track and measure key financial and business metrics for respective businesses.
  • Complete account-level month-end closing reviews, procedures, and corrections as needed 
  • Direct and oversee the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of the revenue cycle 
  • activities to optimise operations 
  • Do a scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives and present them to top management
  • Handle ad hoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time 
  • Supplement ad hoc requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making 
  • Participate and drive standardisation automation projects for process efficiency 
  • Conduct periodic meetings with direct reports 
What you will need
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or a Master’s degree in Financial Management
  • Should have 3+ years of experience in Business Finance
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
