JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR MANAGER – COPY - M3 We are looking for a talented, Creative Copywriter to join our team. As a Creative Copywriter lead, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful copy for top brands. With a focus on both digital and traditional mediums, you will have the opportunity to create compelling narratives, craft scripts for videos and animations, and deliver concise and precise copy that resonates with target audiences. Additionally, the ability to handle multilingual projects will be beneficial in this role. Experience of working with multiple brands. Key Responsibilities Be responsible for handling the copy requirements for storefront, revenue & growth focused creative interventions (Brand and gamification led solutions). Copywriting: Develop creative and compelling copy for various platforms, including digital advertisements, websites, social media campaigns, print materials, and more. Brand Messaging: Understand brand guidelines and voice to ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels. Video and Animation Scripts: Write scripts for videos and animations, capturing the essence of the brand and effectively communicating key messages. Tone and Style: Maintain a concise and precise tone in copy, adapting the writing style to suit different brands, target audiences, and mediums. Multilingual Projects: Handle projects that require copywriting in multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to develop creative concepts and ensure copy aligns with overall campaign objectives. Research and Insights: Conduct research to gather insights on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of copy. Create engaging content for customers while maintaining a repository of templates to best meet the requirements. Innovate upon fashion selling to make it immersive, interactive, and engaging for users; Collaborate efficiently with brands, content and business stakeholders to successfully implement work Ensure utmost attention to detail, maintain the highest standards of design and creativity by approving all work created by the team. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Post Graduatuion Minimum of 7 years of experience in a copy/ content role at a digital/advertising agency, a fashion magazine or an e-commerce brand. Relevant experience in creative writing, executing campaigns ( agency experience preferred digital or mainline) Has managed a team in whatever capacity , however big or small• Should be able to work with multiple brands • Strong understanding of fashion brands • Strong understanding of UI/UX • Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including ecommerce, advertising, motion, and UI/Ux.
