Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Embodies the interface between business stakeholders and Data Analysts & Scientists via a holistic perspective.
  • Interprets and enhances information with business or domain know-how.
  • Applies strong analytical skills to interpret business information across functions.
  • Drives analysis of anomalies - together with Data Analysts, SMEs and Data Scientists
  • Runs ad-hoc requests triggered by business situations and interprets results, using financial and non-financial information.
  • Makes proposals for frameworks / metrics (incl. new business models)
  • Identifies and formulates business relevant use cases in collaboration with other stakeholders.
  • Shapes and designs business relevant processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT/CSE) and MBA preferable.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in IT consulting or a similar role, with a focus on corporate finance.
  • Good knowledge of corporate finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Good understanding of financial software and systems, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), FP&A tools, and BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with finance teams and IT professionals.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
