Key Responsibilities of the Role: Play a key role in the Talent Analytics team by synthesizing human capital data, communicating results clearly, and recommending courses of action based on data insights. Work with Talent Analytics leads to achieving the future roadmap for Talent Analytics considering business needs, external environment developments, and technology advancements. Anticipate and plan for long-term HR needs and trends. Apply advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., capacity, staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and human resource compliance). Identify people analytics challenges, solutions, and directions to directly support and influence decisions and actions designed to create sustainable change and improve results. Leverage technical competence in advanced analytics techniques (Machine Learning, NLP, AI, Statistics). Identify and support HR and business reporting and data requirements. Initiate and prioritize reporting tools and resources. Lead continuous improvement efforts in HR Analytics. Work closely with the BI team to deliver improved levels of service. Regularly assess the needs of the organization and develop proposals and investment business cases for technology enhancements. Assess and integrate human capital trends as required. Significant experience in managing and realizing insight and opportunity by application of advanced analytics to analyze the company’s future workforce needs against internal and external labor markets to identify potential shortfalls and design interventions to fill the gap. Proven deep expertise in the fields of data lake, data exploration, machine learning, statistical modeling, simulation modeling, and complex data analysis. Hands-on ability to consult business partners and capable of communicating complex analytical information to HR and business audiences. Infuse the highest level of quality on all products (Dashboards, Reports & Statistical Models. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience Master’s degree (Full Time) in mathematics, statistics, business administration, or another analytical field from a reputed academic institution. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR analytics, HR metrics, business intelligence (BI), multivariate statistics, and/or predictive modeling. Strong applied mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills to interpret descriptive and inferential statistics • Expertise in statistical and BI software packages (R, Python, MATLAB, SPSS). Expertise in BI software packages (Power BI). Must have sound knowledge of HR system of records (Preferably: Oracle and SuccessFactors). Must have executed 3-4 high-profile business intelligence and advanced analytics projects. Experience in applying business analytics in HR domains. Strong communication skills, strong facilitation skills, strong project management skills, high business acumen, strategic and systems thinking skills, and flexibility. Analytical and able to put data and information together to understand trends and recommend solutions to close gaps. Strong leadership and influencing skills. A Tip from the Hiring Manager : Data Science certification and Experience are both a must (non-negotiable). Candidate should be strong in Python or R. This will be an IC role and we need someone with hands-on experience.
