Job Description

 

Role Responsibilities

The Information Security Solutions Architect will work with account teams to develop solutions, scope technical requirements, draft documents and presentations, and work within the pre-sales process. The architect will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements of RFPs
  • Assisting with RFIs/RFQs and other technical questionnaires
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment where every detail counts and responsiveness is an
  • absolute necessity
  • Deliver business, technology and overall technical solution planning and execution of the
  • design process for sales pursuit efforts
  • Collaborate with various internal and external teams in pursuit of new business contracts
  • Early engagement in the sales cycle to understand customer requirements and business drivers
  • Align customer requirements and NTT DATA Services service portfolio to win new business
  • engagements by leading infrastructure solutions development for various technologies within
  • the technical service area
  • Provides the vision and strategy to customer and NTT DATA Services internal teams to develop
  • scalable, repeatable processes and solutions to enhance NTT DATA Services competitiveness
  • Integrate existing service offerings into new deals
  • Partners with Sales Executives to position NTT DATA Services value

 

Basic Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience and solutions (like Okta)
  • Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions experience (like SailPoint and/or Saviynt)

 

Highly Preferred Skills:

  • In depth knowledge of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk)
  • Strong knowledge of current IAM space and have a self-driven desire to research current information on the security landscape
  • Prefer experience in Java and javascript programing languages
  • Knowledge of and experience with O365 services, Azure and AWS
  • Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC and PBAC
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of IT Infrastructure designs, technologies, products, and services. Technology design
  • Experience including Performance, Security, Availability, Operations, Monitoring and Support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Senior level certification or equivalent with demonstrated relevant experience
  • Able to work independently and creatively problem solve complex technical problems
  • Able to provide leadership, guidance, and training to others
  • Able to provide accurate estimates of timeframes necessary to complete efforts, develop milestones and implementation plans
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and to work in a group setting as well as independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work

Monitor Interco queues; act as tier 2/3 resolution/coordinator. Ensure month-end discrepancies are resolved and closed out within the set timelines. Focus on relevant metrics and develop action plans based on metric outcome. Reduce exceptions through root cause analysis and implementation of solutions. Build effective working relationships with business contacts. Act as Subject matter expertise (SME) and help drive process re-engineering & transformation efforts. Work closely with key stakeholders like controllers, CFLs/RFLs, and other SBG Inter Co. contacts.
