Job Description

Location: Chennai/Kolkata/Hyderabad/Bangalore 

· Hands-on experience in NICE Engage, NICE NTR with different integrations like Avaya , Dialer, Cisco and SBC.  

· Experience in managing enterprise-scale voice deployments on a variety of platforms.   

· Experience in SBC integration with various platforms such as CUCM, Cisco VGWs, AVAYA, etc
