Looking for a Sr. Finance Analyst to work closely with Business and Finance leadership.  This position will play a key support role to Finance Leader & Business Team in providing overall insight into Financial & Business performance. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for FP&A Matters of MMS(Mass Mid Segment) India  and overall Honeywell India business as a part of HGR(High Growth Region) responsibility ensuring robust analysis and overview to Management on Financials performance on a weekly / monthly and quarterly basis. The role will support the overall STRAP / AOP process and ensure that midterm and short-range outlooks are provided with robust and clear KPI’s to assess business performance. This role will also closely partner with the other business functions viz; Marketing, Sales, Engineering, ISC, HR, Commercial Excellence etc and will work closely with global teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure weekly / monthly analysis of all major business KPI’s from an overall LOB / SBU/SBG perspective incl. all P&L / WC and Cash metrics with in depth analysis on major variance drivers in a standard and robust format for MMS business and overall India business
• Prepare the slide deck for Monthly Operations review(MOR) for HGR review with global HGR leadership.
• Tracking and reporting of the India Corporate spend.
• Prepare the deck for Quarterly Earnings review deck for review with Honeywell CFO
• Perform month end activities including passing JVs
• Strong Functional and business support on an LOB / SBU/SBG level to ensure strong financial partnership is in place to drive business results (P&L + B/sheet) including but not limited to Opex, R&D (NPI), Strategic Marketing on overall LOB level Price tracking and commercial effectiveness. Robust tracking of Functional spend, Indirect spend etc
• Support and coordinate the STRAP / AOP process from a Financial perspective in close partnership with all Honeywell SBGs and MMS India
• Develop and enable strong and robust estimating process for midterm (3+9 / 5+7/ 8+4) and for quarterly Short Range
• Outlooks & Summary of Risks & Opportunities (SRO) by close partnership with the business.
• Coordinate and lead Finance aspect of Capex process in partnership with Global Finance
• Ensure compliance with all corporate statutory laws, US GAAP and Honeywell Accounting Policies
• Partner Special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant with  4 to 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with strong knowledge of Commercial / Operations finance & Financial Planning & Analysis
• Hands on experience in the area of Financial planning & Analysis & experience in dealing with outside India office / Global Finance team
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance
• Strong business process and controls orientation
