Job/Position Summary

 

"A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Creation and review of release recommendation (safety case) of software release for production. • Co-ordination with different stake holders for ISO26262 work products for release recommendation. • Technical review of work products delivered for safety case by different stake holders. • Technical review of failed software test, supplier software failed tests. • Participation in I-step monitoring meetings for planning of release recommendation. • Sync-up with BMW departments such as integration team, test team, planning team, etc, for smooth release of recommendation. • Review and acceptance of software safety requirements & co-ordination of requirements with BMW testers. B. SKILL REQUIREMENTS • Experience on ISO26262 Part 6, Software safety work products creation and review. • Knowhow on technologies like electric powertrain components, On-Board charger, BMS. • Knowhow on ISO26262 standards, work products creation. • Experience/Knowhow on software development process & model-based development.
