Requirements:

Techincal Writer –

3-5 Yrs of exp. in technical writting. 
We are looking for someone who shares a knack for simplifying complexity, so that information is presented to users in clear, consumable, and actionable ways. You’ll work with agile software engineering teams to write technical documentation for our platform. 
Essential requirements
Proven experience as a technical writer for an agile software company writing for complex enterprise software that is meant for a very technical audience.
Strong technical aptitude, ability to analyze and research technical concepts, jira stories, frame and solve complex problems using content, and communicate clearly and precisely in plain language.
Experience in writing technical documentation, concepts, tasks, and reference material for developers.
Understand technical concepts like APIs and web applications. You don’t need to write or read code, but you are able to work with agile Engineering teams, go through epics, ask questions, understand developer tasks, and can explain them in plain language.

Write and maintain software documentation for a highly technical product. 
Work closely with multiple agile teams to understand requirements, complex concepts, gather information, and translate technical information into user-friendly content. 
Address customer feedback and close backlog tickets.
Adapt to a fast-paced, multi-team agile environment with a willingness to manage competing priorities and use agile methods to keep in sync with priorities. 
Work with other writers to contribute to tools and processes that make documentation more efficient, collaborative, and scalable.
