Job description 

A Senior Data Analyst is pivotal in leading the interpretation and analysis of complex datasets and driving strategic decisions through advanced analytics. This role sets the direction for data-driven strategies, works closely with leadership, and mentors junior analysts. The Senior Data Analyst is influential in guiding cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on role driving data analysis projects
• Spot, analyze, and communicate high-level trends or patterns within intricate datasets
• Collaborate closely with senior management to set and align data-driven strategies with core business objectives
• Creation of in-depth visualization reports and present to the leadership team for strategic decision-making
• Champion the identification and implementation of advanced process improvements using data
• Guide cross-functional teams in the development of sophisticated data solutions with a broader impact on business strategies
• Design and review advanced Tableau dashboards and intricate data visualizations for diverse audiences
• Offer senior-level consulting, analytics, and recommendations to Marketing leadership
• Provide expert-level technical support and mentor junior analysts within the team

Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data roles, preferably with diverse environments
• Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MS/Other Graduation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a go-getter attitude 
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and complex projects. 
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Expertise in SQL, MS-Excel, and other data tools. 
• Deep experience in Tableau or other data visualization tools. 
• Good understanding of Marketing domain within B2B environments. 
• Experience in SDFC, B2B lead funnel processes, and other advanced data techniques is a plus 
• Knowledge of Eloqua and exposure to email performance measurement is preferred.
