We are seeking a candidate with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, physics, statistics, or mathematics. The ideal candidate should have over two years of experience in data analytics and algorithm development, both independently and as part of a team. The candidate must have hands-on experience with two to three AI/ML technologies such as statistical modelling, machine learning, optimization, and streaming analytics. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of mathematical optimization methods are essential. Proficiency in data science, Python, SQL, and database understanding is required. Knowledge of AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent and Databricks ML/Data Science is preferred. Experience with sales, marketing, and pricing use cases is considered advantageous. The candidate should have experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and draw.io. Knowledge of software development practices including version control (e.g., Git) and cybersecurity awareness is desired. The candidate should possess the ability to work in a global multi-cultural team, be self-organized and proactive, seek feedback, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Strong spoken and written English language skills and effective communication skills are required.
