Machine Learning code developed by a Jr/Sr. Python resource. Your role will involve setting
up databases and developing APIs to seamlessly integrate our product with other applications and the frontend.

2. Collaborate with the Python developer to optimize the Machine Learning codebase, ensuring efficient and scalable performance.

3. Design and implement database structures and configurations, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal query performance.

4. Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth communication between our product and external applications or frontend systems.

5. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers
to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, frontend
developers, and product managers, to understand requirements and deliver robust backend solutions.

7. Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and driving
continuous improvements in application performance and stability.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python, backend
development, and machine learning techniques, and proactively apply them to enhance our product.



Requirements:




1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3. Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks such as Flask or Django.

4. Experience with optimizing and scaling machine learning algorithms and models.
5. Solid understanding of database concepts, including data modeling, query
optimization, and performance tuning.
6. Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

7. Proficient in using version control systems like bitbucket.

8. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex systems.

10. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Summarized Purpose:  Performs and coordinates different aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process.  Conducts remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance and manages required documentation.  Manages procedures and guidelines from different sponsors and/or monitoring environments (i.e. FSO, FSP, Government, etc.).  Acts as a site processes specialist, ensuring that the trial is conducted in accordance with the approved protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations and SOPs to guarantee subjects rights, well-being and data reliability.  Ensures audit readiness.  Develops collaborative relationships with investigational sites.  Detailed tasks and responsibilities assigned to role are outlined in the task matrix.    Essential Functions:  Monitors investigator sites with a risk-based monitoring approach: applies root cause analysis (RCA), critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify site processes failure and corrective/preventive actions to bring the site into compliance and decrease risks.  Ensures data accuracy through SDR, SDV and CRF review as applicable through on-site and remote monitoring activities.  Assess investigational product through physical inventory and records review.  Documents observations in reports and letters in a timely manner using approved business writing standards.  Escalates observed deficiencies and issues to clinical management expeditiously and follow all issues through to resolution.  May need to maintain regular contact between monitoring visits with investigative sites to confirm that the protocol is being followed, that previously identified issues are being resolved and that the data is being recorded in a timely manner.  Conducts monitoring tasks in accordance with the approved monitoring plan.
