Key responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies. Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP), Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, IP addressing and subnetting, VLANs, STP. Experience with firewalls, internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools. CCNA or CCNP certifications is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA, Change/Release Management. Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now, remedy will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
