About the Role

As a motion designer, you will be a part of the Glance design team and will be contributing to establish the design language. We want you to consistently bring a new vision, perspective and ideas to build our brand communications effective and linear. You are responsible for bringing each idea to life by crafting detailed visual concepts & motion design, that are constantly motivating and engaging the users ensuring brand consistency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams and brand owners to define design direction for our products growth and overall marketing activities. This is an integral role in our growing marketing team where you should have lots of fun, grow your career, and significantly contribute to the growth of the organization.

Job Profile:

• Partner with Design Managers to craft video deliverables of the highest quality in service of an initiative or IP and Stake Holder.
• Develop and create the design language and deliverables for flagship events in collaboration with the design team. This includes conceptualising and designing ident (logo, secondary and tertiary elements), social media promotions, and on-screen graphics to be projected on the day of the event.
• Create various motion design documents, including storyboards, creative briefs, motion specs.
• Lead complex projects and initiatives, and execute deliverables at the highest level from both a creative and technical execution standpoint
• Provide art direction and support to external agencies and freelance motion and video talent.

Mandatory Skill-sets:

• Strong Adobe Premiere skills.
• Minimum experience of 1-4 years
• Strong Adobe After Effects skills with demonstrable experience in motion graphics.
• Strong Adobe Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a requirement.
• Ability to work hard, and experience in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
