Role Name: Senior Associate, Salesforce & Data Administrator – Corporate Technology
Desired Experience Range: 5+ Years
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad.
Must-Have:
•Data Quality and Data Governance.
•Must have knowledge of the Salesforce Data modelling.
•5 years of technical experience.
•2 years of experience on Salesforce Admin, Ownbackup and Data Governance Salesforce Administrator.
•OwnBackup.
Good to Have:
•Proficient in the use or extract of data from Salesforce.
•Knowledge of Informatica/Matillion or any other equivalent ETL tool is desirable.
•Knowledge of Python and SQL is desirable.
•Knowledge of OwnBackup and recovery is desirable.
•Understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery methodology.
•Experience working with databases and data, performing data cleanup, and/or data manipulation and migration to and from Salesforce.com.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written.
•Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.
•Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work.
•Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.
•Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.
Detailed Responsibilities:
•Analyses the data quality of the sources and lists the data quality metrics of the source systems.
•Knowledge of MDM and Customer data solutions is desirable.
•Involved in the Single Customer View and Customer 360 implementations.
•Knowledge of Python and SQL is desirable.
•Knowledge of OwnBackup and recovery is desirable.
•Responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with business stakeholders and impacted users.
•Proactively identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to the process as it relates to assigned projects.
•Frequently keeps up to date with the latest industry development and technology innovations.
Education and Professional Skills:
•Professional qualification or equivalent.
•BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
•Solid English reading/writing capability required.
•Strong communication & articulation skills.
•Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
•Agile related certifications preferable.
