About our group: This group is responsible for design, development, maintenance, and support Engineering IT web applications. About the role - you will: Design, develop and maintain Engineering IT applications and their integration with ERP, MES, and Supply Chain. Triage issues during continuous integration & deployment process. Collaborate with team members across the globe on application development, testing and support. Act as a technical resource to end users, customers, and other team members. Provide production support and resolve technical issues. Write and maintain support and training documentation. Conduct one-on-one and small group training for end user. About you: Well versed of working with onsite/offshore model. Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner. Able to work with professionals having diversified backgrounds in virtual collaboration environment. Good at problem solving/team player. Your experience includes: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other engineering related discipline. Hand-on experience in application development, maintenance, and support. Extensitve experince in programming in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, hibernate framework, and scripting languages; experience in NodeJS is a plus. Experience in at least one frontend libraries such as AngularJS and ReactJS. Database experience with Oracle and/or SQL; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus. Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems. Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Configuration Management, and Bill of Materials (BOM) concepts is preferred. Experience working in virtual team environment. Agile project experience is a plus.
