Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report!
This role will work closely with senior leaders to establish a leadership development strategy and deliver ‘outstanding’ learning experiences for leaders globally.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall direction, strategic leadership in Record to report transformation
• Ability to work in complex and challenging client environment (diversified org structure, ERPs, business processes)
• Strong cross functional expertise, multiyear transformation roadmap required to be executed in RTR which includes COE creation, digital implementation
• Having senior person onsite, coupled with strong domain expertise, excellent client relationship will help - Genpact to achieve desired business benefits (upcoming contract renewal/growth, deliver contractual productivity through projects, address change management for operational stability)
• Monitoring team performance against client SLA’s and objectives, providing guidance where necessary to close any gaps and agreeing mediation plans to resolve delivery issues
• Ability to adapt processes to best meet the needs of Clients and mitigate potential sourcing risks
• Develops a joint strategic agenda with suppliers to ensure ongoing performance is monitored and improved, risks are managed & costs are reduced
• Successfully negotiates high value/complex contracts with suppliers on behalf of Clients
• Procurement process knowledge; understands and executes the Clients Procurement processes, including governance policy and procedures
• Has in-depth knowledge of all policies & legislation that impacts on contract formulation; advises the Clients appropriately and seeks input regularly from relevant areas (Legal, Audit, Finance, etc.) seeks guidance where needed
• Support Client Supplier Relationship Managers to ensure appropriate supplier management methods are applied to the different groups of suppliers (preferred, multi-category, tail-end, etc.)
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Accounting qualification- CA/ CPA/ CMA/ICWA preferred
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of accounting principles, systems and procedures
