• Analyze and define data requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and contribute to decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and user stories for development teams.
• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
• Identify data sources, assess data quality, and recommend data integration and transformation strategies.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data-driven projects.
• Participate in data mapping and data lineage activities to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate data requirements from various stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Engage with business users to understand and document functional requirements. 
• Analyzing and synthesizing data from different systems. 
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand data anomalies. 
• Collaborates with data owners and SMEs to find and secure access to necessary data. 
• Exposure to cloud data environments, including AWS and Snowflake. 
• SQL skills and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI. 
• Support technical team by clarifying requirements and data-related queries. 
• Support testing needs to validate functionality and data accuracy.
