We are hiring for the role of Senior Manager, Accounts Payable. We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Accounts Payable 
The Business manager role is responsible for providing assistance to the Accounting department in various areas, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. This individual will work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

 

Responsibilities
Ordering
•    Assist with Ordering and processing of accounts payable related to our Claims Fulfillment service.
•    Daily downloaded transactions and do reconciliations.
•    Maintain Orders Inbox, review all info on new POs , ready for Order.
•    Update tracking and any adjustments, relay status to Reps.
•    Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
•    Send when ready purchase orders.
•    Direct communication with Vendors, and Insureds & Reps
•    Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders.
Reporting
•    Assist with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
•    Assist with the preparation of year-end audit schedules.
•    Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Vendor Onboarding
•    Communication from Sourcing team for new vendor onboarding. This will require calling vendors in US
•    Begin VGO process
•    Get required documents and maintain current info.
•    Working with Business & FP&A -Approvals-Coding.
•    Create purchase requisitions, with required approvals and documents.
•    Maintain approved purchase orders, process receipts.
•    Renew POs when applicable.

 

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Finance
•    Relevant experience in an accounting or business support role.
•    Advanced conversational and written English skills required
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
•    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
•    Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
