We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in the insurance domain, specifically supplementary health insurance. As a BA, you will be responsible for formulating and defining complex system objectives based on gathered data and industry requirements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit detailed requirements and ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, and knowledge of Agile/SCRUM is preferred.

Responsibilties:-

  • Ability to formulate and define complex system(s) scope and objectives through gathered data based on understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and SMEs to elicit detailed requirements with appropriate definition of done/acceptance criteria.
  • Elaborate, track & assist in creating work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
  • Having documentation and related tools knowledge so as to create and manage high-level product/project requirement specifications and desired use-case documentation.
  • Highly analytical mind-set, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills a must. Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM & its related processes a must.
  • Insurance domain knowledge a plus.
  • BA with insurance domain knowledge preferable supplementary health insurance.
