Job Description
SAP HCM - US Payroll Functional Consultant , Bagalore/ Chennai
• 10-12 years of experience in SAP HCM covering OM, PA, Payroll, Benefits across multiple implementations and support projects
• Must have experience implementing SAP HCM US Payroll in minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementations
• SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll
• Payroll catalogue definition including wage type definition and configuration
• Tax Reporter configuration
• Experience with BSI tax factory
• Third party remittance
• Off cycle payroll definition and processing
• Garnishment definition, reporting and management
• SAP HCM integration with 3rd party systems such as Workday, Time, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
• Strong expertise in Schema/PCR – Nice to have
• Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules – Nice to have
• Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation – Nice to have
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good logical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with no supervision
• Utilise Agile project methodology and tasks required during each phase of the implementation
