What this job involves

  • Coordination between Client, Design Consultant and Contractors.
  • Monitor contractor’s productivity and efficiency to ensure work completed within established budgets and schedules and committed quality.
  • Manage Contractor to execute the job within stipulated time frame.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting against project plan
  • Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications
  • Overall supervision of project safely, security and quality of all type work.
  • Undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the line manager.
  • Candidate may have to travel PAN India as per requirement
  • Experience required – 10+ Years
  • Travel allowance or reimbursements will be provided by the company.
  • Drive hard savings & value for the business
  • Ensure all JLL sourcing and contracting standards are maintained
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Support regional and global sourcing initiatives
  • Savings delivery and respective reporting (Hard savings/cost avoidance/value adds)
  • Responsibility for all expense Sourcing, Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of goods and services against specific business requirements

 

Risk Management.

  • Identify and take steps to reduce business risk through the development of effective sourcing strategies
  • Support JLL global and regional sourcing programs, as requested by the Management. Give input, feedback and assist with the execution in the cluster.
  • Point of contact for the central P2P group to resolve queries or payment issues with suppliers Responsible for the administration of the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure compliance with JLL contracting best practices and standards.
  • Flow to work (additional purchasing projects) depending on the business need.

Educational Requirements

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management or relevant disciplines

OR

  • Degree - Interior designer

Skills

Negotiation skills, Organizational skills, Project Mgt, Strong Analytical ability required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools Fluent in English.
