JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Founder’s Office (Generalist role) interested in building a company and assisting the founders with daily operations. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating with different segments internally and with the clients as well. Coordinating with the team is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required
.
Responsibilities
1. In reality, this role doesn’t come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders’ Office, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the team in some of the key business areas and assist founders with client calls/visits.
2. Assist the Founder to ensure any and all objectives are achieved.
3. Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
4. Assist in coordinating with the tech, product, and marketing teams to build and launch new products, build strategic partnerships, and market research. Basically, establish and track progress across multiple projects (Objectives and Key Results, etc) and work with stakeholders across functions.
5. Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities of Openinapp at different times.

2. Previous experience preferably in an early to seed stage start-up and good knowledge in documentation and attention to detail.
3. Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment yet be organized and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks.
4. Ideally quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
