Job Description

  • Manage a spectrum of clients from Global and Domestic PE/VC funds, IBs and Consulting firms
  • Cross leveraging with other practice areas within the organisation and work toward building a strong brand within the client community
  • Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions
  • Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - advise both clients and candidates during the assignment
  • Partner with senior stakeholders within client organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements
  • Become a reference in your market while having optimistic business development objectives
  • Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches
  • Execute mid to senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team
  • Ability to build, develop and manage a team of consultants for seamless execution. Focus on people development and groom them to grow onto the next level

Technology leader with 20+ years of experience, out of which at-least 3+ years of experience in a Leadership role with a Technology Start-up company.   The Successful Applicant Mandatory Skills · 18+ years of Software Development experience, out of which at-least 2 to 3 years of experience is working in Technology Leadership role in a start-up organization · At-least 6 to 7 years of People Management experience of leading Software Development team members, which should include leading Managers, and also leading Managers of Managers · Should be currently handling a Software Development team of at-least 40 team members · Should have owned the Software Development and Delivery of Enterprise or SaaS product · Good experience with Full Stack development · Worked with Message Brokers like Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis Streams · Worked with Distributed Caches like Hazelcast or Redis · Worked with huge volume of data with ability to scale services/microservices in capacity as Engineering Manager/Architect · Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts and Design Patterns · Experience of technical design and software development of complex financial trading applications (preference is for candidates who have experience of owning the design and development of Matching Engine component of the Exchange systems) · Experience of building Software Products from scratch (front end and back-end implementation) · Excellent Problem-Solving skills; should have the right Technical skills and the Leadership skills to unblock team members in quick time. · Demonstrated experience of providing technical mentoring to the new hires at the junior level, and also to the existing team members at the mid to senior level in the team Good to Have Skills: · Good knowledge of Multi-threading and Socket Programming · Coding experience in C and C++ languages · Experience in Exchange/Trading domain is a plus · Experience of building the logic and design of financial trading models · Hands-on experience of building applications using Microsoft .Net framework (coding as well as technical design experience)
