Job Purpose:

He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operations of various digital projects. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. He/she should be methodical and have excellent time management, communication skills. As a project manager, he/she should also use their communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams as well as external parties.

Key Accountabilities:

Capabilities & Experience :

•    Must have proven experience in Latest technology stack such as Low code/No code platforms etc.,, deployment, and software development methods as well as practical experience in the areas of Container Technologies, Process Automation, Cloud, DevOps, scrum etc., 
•    Provide end-to-end project management activities 
•    Detailed Scope documentation, and detailed Sprint & Release plan and monitor project progress 
•    Collaborate with internal business users & external stakeholders to design, develop and implement digital projects 
•    Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards and Application Security / Cyber / ISO compliances have met 
•    Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications 
•    Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

 Skills & Abilities  

•    Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues 
•    Seek opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to improve 
•    Expertise in analyzing and converting business requirement into technical specification 
•    Assist with testing of new releases, service packs, minor and major release upgrades to sustain product support conformance 
•    Coordinate with various program & project stakeholders to ensure testing is successful in all phases of the project implementation 
•    Produce reports and dashboards based on defined measures, metrics and key performance indicator

Stakeholder / Vendor Management

•    Ability to manage and prioritize in Multi stakeholder environment 
•    Ability to manage indirect Reportees/ Vendors to get the desired work in a professional environment to get the desired outcome 
•    Good knowledge of current technology platforms and tools 
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
•    Ability to plan and supervise the work of support staff in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale 
•    Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with vendors, customer base, management, and staff 
•    Skilled in developing and maintaining effective interpersonal relations 
•    Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical and procedural manuals
 

Qualifications:

• Masters of Computer Application (MCA), B.Tech Computer Science 
• BE/BTech Computer Science, Electronics etc.,
• 8-9 years of  proven experience in Information Technology 
• Excellent communication & inter personnel skills
