Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our technology teams to promote the implementation of ITIL Service Operation best practices, encompassing Incident, Request, Problem, and Access management

• Create and consistently update management reports/dashboards to support technology management teams in overseeing Incident, Request, Problem, and Access management processes

• Cooperate with the IT Program teams to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that reflects our application/server environment

• Liaise with corporate infrastructure teams on multi-divisional initiatives, such as the annual data certification process

 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates who possess strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. The ideal candidate will excel in effective communication, both orally and in written form. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of ITIL methodologies and showcasing prior experience in operational support roles is essential. You’ll be proficient in utilizing standard ITSM tools (expertise in ServiceNow, is strongly preferred). Additionally, experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reports is advantageous. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office and Office 365, particularly in Excel (including Macros, Worksheets, and add-ins) and PowerPoint (for presentations), is expected. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Virtual Studio Team Services (VSTS) is a desirable attribute.
