The Role: Lead II, Software Development & Engineering 

The Location: Hyderabad 

Grade: 12 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Software Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of industry experience and possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for staying abreast of emerging technologies. 

As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing technical and architecture guidance to the team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation and continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team of software professionals, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. 
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs. 
• Provide hands-on expertise in developing and optimizing BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making. 
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability, leveraging best practices and industry standards. 
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UI / API / DB technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools and techniques to enhance the capabilities. 
• Conduct technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of deliverables. 
• Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including API Developers, UI developers, Quality Engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and align technology solutions accordingly. 
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance, data privacy, and information security. 
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 10 - 15years of professional experience in the field of Software Development, with a focus on Python, .Net Core or related technologies. 
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable. 
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies and tools quickly. 
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is a plus. 
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure or GCP are advantageous.
