We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge and experience in system troubles rectification and maintenance. The candidate should be familiar with integrated building management systems (IBMS) and have knowledge of BMS communication protocols. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of basic chiller operations and be able to integrate IBMS with third-party systems. Knowledge of IP CCTV systems and analytics is also preferred. Having certifications in systems like milestone, idcube, notifier, genetec, and ateis is a plus.
