Product Development Team: Internship Program
Summer Interns will spend eight to ten weeks or more on projects assigned, and along the way they will
gain a good understanding of the business and how the Product Development team operates by bringing
multiple stakeholders together to deliver on common strategic agenda. The candidates are required to be
analytical about business processes, having good communication and influencing skills, knowledgeable in
accounting and finance and exposure to market leading digital tools. Analysts who are successful in the
internship will be considered for placements after graduation.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Understand the hedge fund administration business.
• Liaise with business users and development teams across locations to understand/
document business requirements & create business process maps.
• Analyze existing processes and suggest automation opportunities.
• Understand automation opportunities, design and develop a flexible and scalable
solution using available digital toolkits.
• Test the end-to-end solution and make ready for production.
• Understand the project management and governance framework, ensure projects are
tracked and monitored proactively.
• Work with Product Development leads and business users on solution rollouts across
global clients.
What We Look For
• MBA or equivalent with B.Tech/B.E. or Accounting/Finance qualification.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with knowledge of financial
concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational capabilities.
• Attention to detail and the drive to look for ways to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to take ownership and effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.
• Ability to work with a team, to discuss ideas and to collaborate.
• Ability to handle pressure, effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks with high level
of accuracy.
• Knowledge of Robotics Process Automation, Surface Automation Toolkits, Business
Process Mapping and Data Analytics
