Job Description

  • QC Experience in Fabrication and welding of Pressure vessel / Hex / Nuclear products.
  • Carryout inspection as per LTFPS/ITP and Coordination with NPCIL Inspector / customer for daily inspection.
  • Exposure in use of various metrology instruments, including optical instruments.
  • Meticulous documentation and exposure in nuclear products / other pressure vessel products.
  • Qualified and certified in ASNT Level II in PT, VT, MT and HLT.
  • Knowledge in ASME Sec VIII Div1,2 & ASME Sec III related to Fabrication, welding & testing.
  • Knowledge in ASME Code material & certificates review.
  • Coordination with vendors, approval of vendor related documents like, QAP, various test procedures.
  • Fabrication / ASME Code knowledge required wrt Nuclear Projects. 
  • He should capable to handle Customers and group of QC Inspectors.
