Luxoft Standard Software Management team started the engagement for Standard Software activities in year 2020 with a German Premium Carmaker. Over the course of past years, Luxoft team presented a good performance received quite positive feedback from the customer. Therefore the customer has chosen to trust the enlarged responsibility of Standard Software Management activities to Luxoft in the next period. Now in the next period of activities, Luxoft team will multiply the existing activities to more car architectures.
The analysts will be analyzing software architectures, requirements and make reviews of to trace the software requirements into the ECU software architectures. There will be no software development activities which are performed by the team members themselves.
The activities involve a large number of stakeholders, and require strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
We are looking for Embedded Linux Experts to join our growing team.
Role description
• Your main task is to perform reviews on the 3rd party ECU software architectures and the integration of 1st party components therein.
• You will be involved in resolving conflicts between the suppliers and the development teams with overlapping deadlines.
• You will monitor and steer the supplier to progress on the review process.
• You interact with multiple ECU responsibles and development teams.
• You will interact with the senior experts' team to get updates about the changes of the overall system requirements.
• Monitor SSW-Components' updates and how do they affect the target ECU architecture
Responsibilities
• Analyze requirements and track into series product software architectures.
• Evaluate the integration requirements against the needs of different ECUs' design constraints.
• Analyze functional specifications and locate critical integration challenges.
• Analyze, define and document review questions to evaluate the state of the located integration challenges.
• Coordinate with developers to analyze modifications and changes to existing systems.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend solutions.
• Work with customers to be informed on software lifecycle updates.
• Build knowledge and troubleshooting databases.
• Train and develop other software analysts.
Skills
Must have
Requirements
• A master's degree in computer science, information technology, electronics engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer or related function.
• Hands-on experience in Embedded Linux is a must 5+ years
• Deep experience in at least two of the following fields: embedded security, embedded safety, software quality, diagnostics
• You are not a blame-game player; have a clean, tidy work style.

Nice to have
• Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Adaptive is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of AutomotiveSPICE and V-Model process concepts
