Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management and identifying process improvements, orienting teams to Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, cross-functional agility, customer success metrics, and metrics management.

     

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in product management.
  • Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, work separately, drive results through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to key business partners and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction.
  • Ability to lead teams based on knowledge and accomplishments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver multiple programs predictably and ensure they provide value to partner teams.
  • Scope, plan, and manage projects, including management of associated financial and human resources, quality of software development and features, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.
  • Provide management with forecasts of project deliverables and detailed status updates.
  • Present team analyses, recommendations, and approaches to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Initiate new software development programs, identify and deliver software features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency, based on prioritized needs. Be the catalyst for program support and delivery.
