Sprinto is seeking a Solution Consultant to develop and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will help prospects and customers understand and solve compliance-related issues, plan and execute deals, and act as a trusted advisor to technical decision makers. Requirements include experience as a Sales Engineer, knowledge of compliance frameworks, and ability to forge relationships with senior technical decision makers.

The Role
The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the ability to develop, position and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while maintaining perspective on high-level business goals for the organization
Some key responsibilities of the role
- Help our prospects and customers understand and solve their compliance-related issues
- Partner with the account executives to plan, prepare and execute deals in sales cycles
- Support the selling cycle with relevant demos and proof of concept engagements
- Manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle including answering technical questions, RFPs, RFQs, and sharing technical differentiators against other vendors
- Effectively communicate client needs to the product and engineering teams for future product enhancements
- Become a trusted advisor to the technical decision maker
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Some key requirements of the role
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in the SaaS space
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.
- Great to have certifications like ISO27001 Lead Implementation/Auditor, CISA, CISM or CISSP
- Knowledge of cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, etc
- Ability to conceptualize and build a proof of concepts
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior technical decision makers
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in a simple manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
