The opportunity
This position is for a team within EY GDS-MBA and will be expected to work closely with the marketing and business development teams to help market EY solutions effectively within target regions and accounts. The candidate will be involved in project management, campaign plans and strategy development, go-to-market activities, and collateral development activities for the onsite marketing teams.
Your key responsibilities
- Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by engaging with them to identify their objectives, strategies, go-to-market priorities, target audiences, differentiators, and other aspects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand key solutions and develop go-to-market campaigns
- Create and manage sales collaterals and toolkit development from scratch including conducting kick off call with the solution leader and other stakeholders to discuss agenda, sales toolkit - development lifecycle and timelines etc.
- Develop robust project plans around go-to-market initiatives for solutions and works with stake holders to obtain buy-in and maintain project plan with defined timelines and next steps
- Ensure adequate internal distribution of collaterals and toolkits over channels like SharePoint, Discover
- Understanding complex technical solution and creating business centric assets and enablers
- Analyse the impact of the go-to-market initiatives on the pipeline
- Work with BD teams to position the solutions across G360 accounts
- Work with internal teams to leverage across knowledge, creative, technology and sector teams among others
- Work with onsite client servicing and marketing teams to help manage external communication programs
Skills and attributes for success (essential)
- Good understanding of B2B go-to-market and sales practices
- Writing and editing, creating content for marketing collaterals in concentric and business centric manner
- Storytelling and developing compelling value propositions, e.g. Campaign narratives, Solutions pitch decks, GTM playbooks, etc.
- Proven experience of customization of content to meet the needs of the relevant channel, market, and audience.
- Experience in managing the execution of go-to-market programs by coordinating the work with different teams across multiple geographies
- Experience of account marketing and project management skills will be an added advantage
- Master in Marketing or equivalent certification, PMP certification or Google Certification will be an added advantage
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduation: Master’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Certification: MS Office
- Technical Skills/Tools Requirement (Essential): MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Basic excel, digital marketing tools
