You will be working as Motion Sales Manager - Kolkata, Raipur and Bangladesh and will be part of Motion Business Area for Traction Division based in Kolkata, India. In this role you will be reporting to Lead Business Area Manager and will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective sales strategy in specified market scope in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Setting, planning and ensuring execution of sales strategy within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way. Monitoring the sales performance proactively, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively leading, developing and coaching the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.
