In this role, you will be responsible for the following -

Responsible for delivering the Tech Service Business Transitions
Stakeholder management - Manage multiple external clients and internal as well
Ensuring Project Delivery as per Project management methodology
Hand-on for building presentations, dash-boards, project plans etc….
·         Closely work with Clients, Sales and Delivery organization to identify and bridge the gap between design to deliver vs sold to deliver for new and complex engagements

·         Setup governance, define & reuse best practices

·         Establish new best practices based on experience and work closely with Delivery Assurance team to institutionalize them

Good understanding with Pricing / Commercials
·         Get involved during the sales process for critical engagements so that the learnings & commitments are carried to the delivery teams

·         Transition and Stabilize engagements before getting out

Understand Genpact Tech Services Offerings landscape and strategy 
Effectively hosting and managing Daily, Weekly meetings
Regular and effective updates with proactive mind-set
 

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in IT Project or Transition Management
Good Understanding of Cloud, Network, Voice, Server, Storage or IT Applications like SAP, Oracle etc….
Solid verbal and written communication skills
 

Preferred qualifications

PMP or Prince2 certification
