English communication and problem solving skills, the ability to understand complex systems processes, programs
and accustomed to dealing with all levels from operational staff to senior management inside as well as outside IM.
Role Description
The CSPM Cloud Developer is accountable for driving IM wide improvements, while ensuring that its overall
strategy remains aligned with corporate security policies and IM security priorities
Qualification & Experience
▪ Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
▪ Proven Track record in Cloud and DevOps environment
▪ CI/CD tooling (Ansible Tower, Jenkins, GitHub, automation, ...)
▪ Python, Lambda, PowerShell scripting functions
▪ AWS CLI/API
▪ Microsoft Azure CLI/API
▪ Knowledge of SPLUNK is a plus
▪ Agile/Scrum and SaFe cultures and experience
▪ Organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively.
▪ Good interpersonal and communication skills, works effectively as a team player
▪ Experience in Agile, SAFE & Scrum methodology preferred but not essential
▪ Knowledge of French language would be appreciated
Responsibilities
● Implement Jenkins automation scripts for security services
● Implementing standard and/or custom compliances rules in the CSPM product
● Setting up an inventory of cloud assets
● Establishing and maintaining an CI/CD pipeline for the publication of compliance rules
● Deploy a CI/CD pipeline for the automation of compliance rules publication
● Implement standard and specific compliance rules for Airbus Public Cloud Platform (hosted on AWS and
Microsoft Azure)
● Implement automated and/or manual remediations
● Face the customers and collaborate to the definition of product and service vision
● Contribute to standard designs and establish and maintain related and relevant IT Security standards
● Manage business and technical stakeholders at all levels
Success Metrics
▪ Good interpersonal and communication skills, works effectively as a team player for stakeholder
management and customer relationships.
▪ Working knowledge of principles, best practices, architectures, tools and processes in areas of IAM such as
privileged user management, shared account management, segregation of duty analysis,
administrative/service/functional account management.
