Position Summary
As the Business Strategy Lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities to enhance our competitive positioning, analyzing market trends and staying connected with the broader peer and investor ecosystem, and driving the company's strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead projects that assess the viability of potential partnerships and market expansion efforts, including acquisitions, if they make sense for our organization. Your insights and recommendations will guide key business decisions and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or related roles
• Preference will be given to those with corporate finance experience and demonstrated strengths in financial analysis
• Prior experience in a high-growth technology company, especially a B2B SaaS company, is advantageous
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative mindset, capable of driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $180,000-$225,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
