Job Description:
An exciting position of Regional Portfolio and Customer Manager - Planned Maintenance Services has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Delhi, India.
You will join a team of 28 highly motivated professionals across the globe, striving to develop, sell and deliver value-adding services to our customers in the field of scheduled maintenance.
Our Planned Maintenance Services Team has great ambitions for the future to develop our customer portfolio, strengthen our regional footprint and bring more value to customers.
Your responsibilities and missions:
Act as the regional focal point for scheduled maintenance engineering support and services
Ensure consistent internal and external communication in the region (for Airbus Customer-Facing Teams and customers)
Coordinate Maintenance & Engineering team’s contribution for specific activities (e.g.: customer events, aircraft sales campaign under Global Account Management leadership)
Follow-up and share regional specificities (market trend, political environment, etc.)
Perform market analyses & prospect identification;
Develop services and adapt them to our customer requirements;
Define & implement the regional service strategy to meet regional revenue targets;
Promote services internally towards customer support directors, field service managers and sales teams and externally towards customers (Operators, Lessors, MROs);
Perform contractualisation and contract administration;
Manage a portfolio of customers for the delivery of scheduled maintenance services on cost, on time & on quality;
Ensure that airlines maintenance programmes/planning deliverables are performed in accordance with customer's expectations;
Perform airline on-site assistance for maintenance programme, planning evaluation, Parking & Storage activity and other services;
Improve Customer satisfaction and ensure active follow up of each customer by various communication means (teleconferences, webex, emails and meetings).
Business travels will be expected up to twice a month in any customer location in Asia and consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly.
Educated to a 5 years’ degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline
Experience in working in an airline / MRO, in the field of Maintenance and Engineering
Experience in sales and marketing
Experience of working across multiple functions and cultures
Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
Assertive, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced level in English, other languages a plus
