The Program Manager of Quality in Design Informatics is responsible for the strategy and execution of the program needed to drive continuous improvements in quality in the design of informatics propositions to world-class levels, in close collaboration with our business units and functions.
Your role:
Define the strategy/policy and execution program needed together with business units and functions to drive first-time-right quality in the design of informatics / SW-only propositions, and support them to reach or maintain a mature, self-propelling state.
Areas of responsibility include development processes, people competencies, data models, and tools.
Focus is on quality in the development of new propositions, but also quality improvements in our installed base are in scope.
Role requires seniority in understanding the latest and greatest software development methods in the industry and applying that to Philips across business units and functions.
Candidate needs to be senior in understanding how new technologies (a.o. cloud, AI/ML, interoperability) and business models (a.o. SaaS) that are part of our propositions are to be designed to arrive at first-time right safe, and high-quality products.
Stakeholders are business unit R&D leaders, product development leaders, Patient Safety & Quality teams, and I&S teams (in particular Innovation Excellence and the Systems Engineering Center of Excellence).
