Job Description

Successfully implement and maintain global content creation policies, processes and practices for technical communication material so that KONE’s short and long-term business objectives comply with regulations and standards.

The Technical Communications Specialist may be responsible for some or all of the following:
Support the achievement of business goals by creating content for technical product information and/or training material needed in various formats and for various tasks within KONE.
Support the development of content creation tools and practices by testing and implementing them.
Collaborate with KONE global technical communications professionals to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders (e.g. in Sales and Marketing, global R&D and PCM, Global Installation, Maintenance development, etc)
Follow-up and ensure the quality of the outcome.
Follow-up the effectiveness of content creation teams
Manage the content creation projects and lead the teams.

Junior
Junior Technical Communication Specialist assists and supports more senior colleague in above mentioned activities

Senior
• Senior Technical Communication Specialist works under limited supervision and is responsible for the content creation and outcomes.
• Senior Technical Communication Specialist may provide direction and coaching to Technical Communication specialist and Junior Technical Communication Specialist.
