We are seeking an experienced operations leader for the Value Engineering team in India. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global Value Engineers and FinOps specialists to help the team scale. Below are the service lines that will be supported by this role:

• Manage & Maintain Value Engineering Tools
• Define, Develop our Value Realization Surveys, Customer Case Studies, and Databases
• Value Engineering Operations Mgmt. and Reporting
• Research and Analytical Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project manage a wide variety of initiatives aimed to scale the practice and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Value Engineers and the broader sales org. 
• Support the following VE service lines: 
• Product Management of Value Engineering tools and applications like business value tools
• Value Realization Lead: Design and maintain value realization surveys, value benchmarking databases, etc.
• Support thought leadership and special initiatives, including price performance optimization, Value Engineering PoVs for new workloads, use cases, etc.
• Value Engineering Operations: Develop governance and reporting process for managing the operations team. VE operations include managing and maintaining knowledge assets and managing subscription-related matters for vendors for the VE team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in an offshore knowledge center, with experience in operational or reporting roles, consulting or value engineering, and economic/investment analysis
• Skilled at working with datasets and data modeling data analysis, excel, and BI/ reporting tools
• Self-starter who is meticulously organized and able to deliver committed results in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related disciplines, MBA degree is a plus
